Russian Health Care Week: the Right Choice
The Russian Health Care Week is the largest platform in Russia and Eastern Europe to showcase new developments and equipment for the medical and health care industry.
Every year, Expocentre Fairgrounds hosts the Russian Health Care Week in the centre of Moscow.
The Week is organized by the State Duma (the lower chamber of the Russian parliament), Russian Ministry of Health Care, and Expocentre AO with support of the Council of the Federation (the upper chamber of the Russian parliament), Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, Moscow City Government, Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and World Health Organization.
The Russian Health Care Week brings together major Russian and EAEU international trade shows for health care:
- the Zdravookhraneniye International Exhibition for Health Care, Medical Engineering and Pharmaceuticals,
- the Healthy Lifestyle International Exhibition for Rehabilitation and Preventive Treatment Facilities, Medical Aesthetics, Health Improvement Technologies and Products for Healthy Lifestyle,
- MedTravelExpo Medical Clinics, Health and Spa Resorts International exhibition for medical and health-related services and health care technologies,
as well as For Healthy Life – the International Forum on Non-Communicable Disease Prevention and Promotion of Healthy Lifestyle.
Trade shows are an all-purpose marketing tool. They allow assessing market conditions and demands, and serve as a direct link between manufacturers and suppliers and the medical community, consumers and investors.
Zdravookhraneniye 2016 and Healthy Lifestyle 2016 together occupied over 40,000 sq m to welcome 924 exhibitors from all over Russia and 30 other countries. China, Cuba, Czechia, Germany and South Korea had national pavilions. The exhibitors included such globally well-known companies as Kodak, Physiomed, Storz, Fujifilm, Sàmsung, Heinemann, Mindray, Medi, Miele, Esaote, Beka Hospitec, BTL, etc.
The survey showed that 34% of visitors attend Zdravookhraneniye and Healthy Lifestyle exclusively, 88% of exhibitors rate the exhibition results and commercial efficiency very highly, and 91% of exhibitors recommend participation to their partners.
Industry professionals consider the Russia Health Care Week the main and the most effective exhibition and congress platform in Russia.
